This law mandates that beer can be made of only four ingredients: Malted barley, yeast, hops and water. The beer served in the Steinkeller is the same beer enjoyed in Germany. Prost!

The original, exact same beer served in the Hofbräuhaus am Platzl in downtown Munich. Brewed in and imported from Munich. NOT from Hofbräuhaus in Northern Kentucky!. 5.1% AVB

 

Hacker-Pschorr Münchner Edelhell

Classic Münchner Lager; brilliant golden color, clear; Hällertau hops; direct from the brewery on Hochstraße; 5.6% ABV

 

Paulaner Münchner Hell

From the largest brewery in Munich, big clean hoppy nose, clear golden lager, Hällertau hops, 20 IBU; 4.9% ABV

Spaten Oktoberfest

"Märzen" style Festbier, originally brewed for Oktoberfest in 1872. Medium dark amber color, balanced roasted malt with Hällertau hops. Bottom-fermented to an IBU of 23 and 5.9% ABV. Available year round.

 

Hofbräu Oktoberfest

Modern lighter, golden version of the traditional dark Märzen styel. This is the exact same beer served at the Hofbrau Festzelt on the Weis'n. 6.3% ABV. AVAILABLE MID-SEPTEMBER UNTIL OUR ALLOTMENT IS GONE.

Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse

Unfiltered top-fermented wheat beer with a hint of clove and banana, Hällertau hops, lightly carbonated, 14 IBU, 5.0% ABV

 

Erdinger Hefe-Weizen

From the town of Erding, approximately 40km northeast of Munich. Erding uses the time-honored tradition of keg conditioning, therefore this wheat beer is never pastuerized. Top-fermented, glistening amber color, superb frothy head, 5.3% ABV.

 

Erdinger Oktoberfest Hefe-Weizen

Dark Märzen-style version of this wonderful wheat been brewed seasonally for the Oktoberfest in the town of Erding. Top-fermented, 5.7% ABV. AVAILABLE EARLY SEPTEMBER UNTIL OUR ALLOTMENT IS GONE.

Spaten Mai Bock

Bottom-fermented, deep golden color and rich malt flavor, Hällertau hops, 30 IBU, 6.2% ABV. AVAILABLE EARLY SPRING UNTIL OUR ALLOTMENT IS GONE.

Spaten Optimator

Bottom-fermented, full-bodied with a deep dark color and rich roasted malt flavor, coffee overtones, Hällertau hops, 24 IBU, 7.2% ABV

 

Paulaner Salvator

Liquid bread. Lagered for 41 weeks, smoky and sweet malty nose with accents of Hällertau hops, hint of chocolate, very rich, full and hearty. A butt-whipping 7.9% ABV.

Radler
Half Spaten Lager and half Sprite. Translated from German, it means "Bicyclist", because it's a favorite of bike riders who must navigate homeward.
 
Russiches
Half Frankziskaner Hefe-Weisse and half Sprite. Especially popular in the biergarten on hot days. Translated from German, it means "Russian".

Bitburger Pils

An outstanding example of the Pilsner style. Brewed in the Eifel region town of Bitburg. Very highly hopped, sharp crisp finish. Highly regarded throughout Germany. 36 IBU, 5.0% ABV

 

Reissdorf Kölsch

From the city of Köln, the namesake for Kölsch, this style of beer is protected by German Federal law and can only be brewed in the city of Köln and outlying areas. Brewed since the 1300's, this top-fermenting ale is even lighter in color than pilsner, has a slightly malty palate and a strong hop finish. 27 IBU, 5.0% ABV

 

Köstritzer Schwarzbier

Bottom-fermented black beer, made by a local brewery in Bad Köstritz in the state of Thürigen. Sumptuous, velvety lager, black, smooth and malty with a touch of roasted bitterness. Hällertau Mittelfrüh hops, 4.8% ABV.

 

Spaten Dunkel Lager

First time in the USA, bottom-fermented original dark Munich lager beer, very malty aroma that's neither too sweet or too dry, with a smooth finish, Hällertau hops, 23 IBU, 5.5% ABV

Stella Artois

Even though this is the flagship beer of the global giant Inbev, this fantastic lager remains true to its small Belgian roots. Stella is the benchmark of all Belgian beers. Bottom-fermented, 26 IBU, 5.2% ABV

 

Guinness Stout

The world-standard Stout beer. Period. 4.2% ABV - Dublin, Ireland.

 

Strongbow Cider

Hard Cider fermented from apple juice. 5% ABV - Hereford, England

Bud Light

Columbus, Ohio. 4.0% ABV

 

Pabst Blue Ribbon

Milwaukee, Wisconsin. 4.7% ABV
